Dorchester Day

Parade 2025

Frank Baker was proud to march in the 2025 Dorchester Day Parade, celebrating the rich history and vibrant spirit of the neighborhood he’s called home his entire life. As a lifelong Dorchester resident and former six-term City Councilor, Frank has always shown up for his community—and the parade was no exception. Walking alongside families, veterans, youth groups, and neighborhood leaders, he shared smiles, handshakes, and heartfelt conversations with residents along the route. For Frank, Dorchester Day isn’t just a tradition—it’s a reminder of the strength, pride, and unity that define Boston’s neighborhoods.

East Boston

Frank Baker spent a Friday afternoon celebrating the opening of the 2025 bocce season with Lisa Cappuccio, Sal La Mattina, Frank Conte, and others on the Mary Ellen Welch Greenway—honoring community, open space, and the dedicated volunteers who help keep this 1.5-mile green corridor thriving. Built on a former rail line, the Greenway connects East Boston from Jeffries Point to Constitution Beach, offering safe walking paths, gardens, and a vital link to nature.
